1. Service Overview
MyBizLaunchHub provides expert-managed Facebook Ads services for small businesses at an affordable price. By streamlining onboarding and approvals, we deliver high-quality ad campaigns without the excessive fees associated with traditional agencies.
2. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
Be at least 18 years old.
Operate a business that complies with Facebook’s advertising policies.
Provide accurate and truthful information during the onboarding process. We reserve the right to refuse service to businesses that violate our policies or Facebook’s advertising guidelines.
3. What We Do & Don’t Do
✅ We Provide:
Full Facebook Ads campaign setup, optimisation, and management.
Custom ad creatives and copywriting tailored to your business.
Monthly reporting on campaign performance.
A streamlined system to minimise back-and-forth communication.
🚫 We Do Not Provide:
Guaranteed results (leads, sales, ROI, etc.).
Manual lead follow-ups (this must be handled by the client).
Refunds once campaigns have been set up and optimised.
Management of social media pages or organic content posting.
4. Client Responsibilities
To ensure the success of your campaigns, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information in the intake form.
Grant us ‘Advertiser Access’ to your Facebook Business Manager and Ad Account.
MyBizLaunchHub does not take ownership of any assets, and clients remain in full control of their ad accounts at all times.
Maintain an active advertising budget (we recommend a minimum of $20/day in ad spend).
Review and approve ads in a timely manner.
Ensure compliance with Facebook’s advertising policies.
MyBizLaunchHub is not responsible for ad disapprovals due to policy violations.
5. Subscription & Billing
Our service is a recurring monthly subscription billed automatically starting at $197 AUD per month depending on what plan you choose.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe or another authorised payment processor. Failure to make a payment may result in the suspension or termination of services.
Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled per the terms outlined in Section 6.
6. Cancellation & Refunds
Clients may cancel their subscription at any time via their account settings or by emailing [email protected].
Refunds: Due to the nature of digital advertising and service-based work, we do not offer refunds once ad campaigns have been created, launched, or optimised. However, nothing in this agreement is intended to exclude any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the next billing date.
7. Performance Disclaimer
While we strive to deliver high-quality results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as a set number of leads, sales, or ROI. The success of advertising campaigns depends on numerous factors beyond our control, including your business offer, landing pages, audience engagement, and market conditions.
8. Intellectual Property
All ad creatives, copy, and assets created by MyBizLaunchHub remain our intellectual property until full payment for the service is received.
Upon full payment, clients receive a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use the ad creatives provided. MyBizLaunchHub retains the right to reuse general ad frameworks, templates, or strategies for future clients.
9. Prohibited Activities
We do not work with businesses that violate Facebook’s advertising policies, including but not limited to:
Illegal, misleading, or deceptive content.
Adult, gambling, or cryptocurrency-related services (unless compliant with platform policies).
Restricted industries without proper approvals (e.g., financial services, supplements, healthcare claims).
We reserve the right to refuse service if we determine a business does not align with our standards or violates platform policies.
10. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
We are not responsible for Facebook account bans, ad disapprovals, or platform changes that may impact campaign performance.
Clients agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MyBizLaunchHub from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from their advertisements, business activities, or misuse of our services.
11. Data Retention & Post-Cancellation Policy
Upon cancellation, all active ad campaigns managed by MyBizLaunchHub will be paused. Clients are responsible for reactivating, modifying, or removing ads as needed.
Performance reports from previous campaigns will remain accessible for up to 30 days after cancellation.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising out of this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
